Mentorship Criteria
Attend any Biodynamic Massage workshop. Be assessed for mentorship suitability by giving a treatment to Todd. Those who are ready for mentoring will be paired with another practitioner for the mentorship process. Those who could benefit from more skill refinement prior to mentoring will be given suggestions to assist their cultivation.
Mentorship Process
Meet 2x/month to be observed and guided while treating a demo volunteer (Todd will funish the models).
You will be paired with another person going through the mentorship process.
The two people being mentored will meet and work with Todd and the models for 75 minutes, twice a month.
Meet individually with Todd 2x per month to exchange treatments.
Meet individually with the other person in the mentorship process 2x per month to exchange treatments.
Mentorship continues for 6 months.
After mentorship completion, you may be eligible to assist sessions.
There are 75 hours in the mentorship, 45 supervised and exchanging with Todd, plus 30 exchanging with your partner.

$450/mo. x 6 months = $2,700
