Please call Todd at 503-234-2020 to set your appointment. If you're a new client, then please leave your name, day & evening phone numbers and preferred treatment days/times when you call. You may wish to print and fill out an intake form before your session. |
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to yourself, your practitioner and those on a waiting-list, please arrange your day to arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time. The full fee payment is required for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. |
Treatment Rates
60 Minute Session $75
A typical 60 minute session will include a solid 60 minutes of treatment, plus a little time talking before and after your treatment. For more information about treatment duration and frequency, please read this.

Payments & Billings
Sliding scale fee-payments are accepted from those with financial need. Ask prior to scheduling if you'd like more details. Checks and cash are accepted, but not credit/debit cards. Todd is no longer billing insurance companies. He will be happy to give you a receipt for paid services so that you may work with your insurance company and/or attorney directly. |
Assistants
Some treatment days there will be an assistant helping Todd. All assistants are licensed health care providers who have completed Todd's intermediate cranial therapy trainings. Assistants participate in the treatment, so there will be four healing hands helping you during some treatments. If you prefer to receive treatment without an assistant, please be sure to let Todd know when you set your appointment. |
Treating Children
Appointments to treat children (0-12 years) are set for 30 minutes in most cases, though the actual treatment time will vary. Child treatments are billed at a dollar a minute with a minimum of $35. |
