For appointments

Submit any cancellations by contacting Todd via e-mail or calling 503.234.2020.  Please give more than 24 hours notice so that someone on the waiting list can receive treatment.  There will be no charge for appointments canceled with more than 24 hours notice.  Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice require full payment for the reserved time.   If someone from the waiting list can be contacted and fill the appointment, there will be no charge.


For ongoing yoga classes

We will honor a refund of the unused portion of your registration tuition if your cancellation occurs before the third class of the yoga term and is requested via e-mail.   If you do not show up for a class you registered for and have not given advance notice that you will be missing the first class, your place in the class may be filled with someone from the wait-list.  Missed classes can be made-up during the current term only.  There is no carry-over of missed class credit.  We can not issue a refund for missed classes.


For workshop registrations

All deposits for workshops are non-refundable.  The remaining balance for workshops is due 30 days before the scheduled workshop date.  If the workshop balance is not paid in full 30 days prior to the event date, your space may be given to a student on the wait-list and the deposit forfeited.  Please communicate with us via e-mail if there are any issues with timely payment; we want to work with you to ensure you can attend the event!

If submitting a withdrawal of your workshop registration with less than 30 days prior to the start of the event, a refund less the deposit amount will be issued only if a replacement can be found from the waiting list.  If no replacement is available, the entire tuition is non-refundable.


For publications

All sales final.  No refunds or exchanges.
